Bearcat Academy offers a full range of K-12 online core courses, as well as robust offering of electives and credit recovery courses. Bearcat Academy courses offer students flexibility in environment, pacing, and schedule. Whether a student takes all of his or her classes, or just an additional elective or a credit recovery course, Bearcat Academy is the answer! 

 

Bearcat Academy is designed for students who need an alternative setting in which to learn. Students in Bearcat Academy will complete their coursework online with certified teachers, using an accredited curriculum, while earning credits at Paint Valley High School. Students and families will work with a mentor at the school, Mrs. Amy Hawkins, who will assist in training, tutoring, supporting, and managing the student’s performance. Much of the student’s success depends on parents becoming actively involved in their student's learning journey. 

 

Interested students should fill out an application by the deadline of August 15th to notify the school of their choice to enroll in Bearcat Academy.
