ETPES (Electronic Teacher and Principal Evaluation System)

This is where teachers will log in to complete and look at their professional evaluations. You will need to log on here to fill out your Professional Growth Plan (PGP), pre and post conference review, and to approve your final evaluation.

SmartFind

This is our sub-finding program. Teachers will use this to request a substitute and substitutes will use this program to learn about open positions. 1st time set up, call SmartFind - (740) 268-4125. Get your PIN from your principal.

ProgressBook

Staff Log-in to ProgressBook - our grading, attendance, special education, and student information database. Make sure Domain is set to Piketon. Bookmark this site so you do not have to come back here for this again.

Requisition Form

Use this link to ask permission to buy things with school money. Be sure to fill out this form and wait for a purchase order BEFORE you buy anything with school funds.

FMX

This is our facilites management software. Use this to reserve a classroom, request a bus for a field trip, or put in a custodial or technology request ticket. If you want it done, submit the request via FMX.
