Superintendent Message

Bearcat Community,

It has been a very busy summer here at Paint Valley Local Schools. As most of you are probably already aware, there have been many construction projects taking place on the district campus. Most of these projects are complete with the exception of the connector between the buildings. This should be finished shortly after school begins.  Below is a list of the upgrades to our buildings/campus:·         High school building roof - replaced·         High school building new boiler installation·         New Fire alarm system – all buildings·         Building connector (between high school and elementary buildings)·         New field house – Due to wind damage during a spring storm. Our custodial, maintenance and HVAC staff have also been working diligently to get all buildings clean and repairs made before the new school year starts. We also have new staff members to welcome to the Bearcat Family, and they are as follows:Tina Alley – Elementary Building Aide/Title IWilliam Balusik – Instrumental MusicWhitney Bethel – Bus DriverBridgette Hood – 1st Grade TeacherRebecca Martin – 3rd Grade TeacherGavin Snyder – Middle School TeacherCraig Waltos – 5th Grade Teacher Please continue to check our website (paintvalleylocalschools.org) or Facebook (Paint Valley Local Schools) for updates. We also use the Bright Arrow All Call system and Remind to send alerts or updates to parents/guardians and students. My door is always open and I am always open to listening to new ideas.
